Meet Karina
Karina created her first Chetzel in 2015, then brought a few flavors to the @newcanaanfarmersmarketct in Connecticut that April. She sold out on her first day.
What started as a small batch has grown into 34 flavors of cheesy flatbread inspired by places and flavors around the world: gluten-free, protein-rich, and made with amazing cheeses, organic ingredients, and no seed oils.
Over the years, to many kids, Karina became the Chetzel Lady. Today, Chetzels Bakehouse is her Brentwood home for healthier gluten-free food, always baked with love.
My first day at this great farmers market, I sold out of the few I brought and I was elated that people liked them.
